The basis on which this website, category previews, and ClarisEdge reports are provided.
ClarisEdge is a product and service operated by TelosLens LLC. These terms govern your use of the ClarisEdge website and any ClarisEdge preview, report, or digital product you obtain or purchase from us. By using the site, signing up for category updates, requesting a category, or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms. They are provided for general information and are not legal advice.
What ClarisEdge provides
ClarisEdge identifies category opportunity areas and supporting evidence from shopper search behavior. Depending on the product, a preview or report may include shopper language, demand direction, evidence strength, category context, example opportunity areas, and suggested first checks for product, content, merchandising, or positioning decisions.
Previews, reports, and availability
The Category Preview for each published category is available on this website. Where a downloadable Category Preview PDF is published for a category, it is offered free through an email sign-up handled by MailerLite, our email service provider, and the download is provided on this website once the sign-up completes. Signing up means you agree to receive category updates from us; you can unsubscribe at any time. Paid reports are fixed digital products for a stated category and edition, delivered by Lemon Squeezy after payment. A published report covers the evidence period stated on its page and is not updated after purchase unless we say otherwise.
What ClarisEdge does not provide
ClarisEdge does not claim, measure, or guarantee sales, revenue, profit, conversion rates, market share, market size, low competition, supply-side gaps, supplier availability, marketplace ranking, BSR, or "winner" outcomes. ClarisEdge reports are research inputs for your own decisions. They are not investment, financial, legal, or business advice, and they do not tell you what to launch or guarantee any result.
Purchases and delivery
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Promotional or launch prices apply only while offered. Checkout, payment, and digital delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for report purchases. Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, issues the receipt, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and delivers the report file. Your purchase is therefore also subject to the Lemon Squeezy terms presented at checkout. Access to a purchased report is provided once payment completes.
Refunds
Because reports are digital research products, sales are generally final once a report has been delivered or downloaded. If a report is not as described, fails to download, or you were charged in error, email and we will make it right, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, a refund is processed through Lemon Squeezy and is also subject to its policy.
License and permitted use
Reports and the contents of this site are owned or licensed by TelosLens LLC and are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may use them to support your own product, category, content, merchandising, positioning, or strategy discussions. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, scrape, or present a report or substantial portion of a report as your own product without our written permission.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you interpret and use ClarisEdge materials. Before making product, merchandising, inventory, advertising, investment, or other business decisions, you should use your own judgment and any additional data, testing, professional advice, or operational review appropriate for your situation.
No warranty
The site, previews, reports, and other materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. While we work to ground ClarisEdge materials in observed search evidence, we do not warrant that the information is complete, error-free, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TelosLens LLC and ClarisEdge are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, previews, reports, or other materials, including lost profits, lost sales, or business decisions made on the basis of the materials. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the report or product in question.
Changes
We may update these terms as ClarisEdge develops, as products change, or as TelosLens LLC's checkout and delivery process changes. The updated date above shows when these terms were last revised.
